Join 10 wineries along the UnCork York Wine Trail as they invite you behind the scenes after harvest to see a grape’s transformation from vine to bottle. Uncover the secrets of pressing perfection as the experts open their cellar doors and invite you in for a sneak peak. You’ll sample exclusive tastings of Nouveau and freshly-pressed wines for an experience designed to introduce you to a new step in the process of turning grapes into fine wine.
